Mission: Our mission is to strengthen the public education system through impactful programming that engages parents, empowers educators, fosters community involvement and enriches student experiences.
Philosophy: RCPEP believes that quality public education is vital to the success of our community and every child deserves the opportunity to experience a high-quality education regardless of where they live. By working towards strengthening our public education system, our community can overcomes the barriers created by poverty, trauma, and systemic racism.
